SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total combined weight of the items in
your order.
When will my order ship?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days. We strive for an even faster turnaround—most orders ship the next business day after they are placed. During high‑volume seasons, fulfillment timelines may be extended.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has left our hands (within 7 business days or less), it typically arrives within 3–5 business days for U.S. addresses via USPS Ground Advantage. During high‑volume seasons, delivery timelines may be extended.
ORDERS
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately at: hello@slchristleydesigns.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please place a new order for additional items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
What if my package is lost?
Once a package is with the carrier, delays are outside our control. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement.
What if I received an incorrect or missing item?
Please email us with a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). We will resolve the issue.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives with an issue, please email us.
Can I exchange an item?
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective (not after use). Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not offered at this time.
PRODUCT CARE & OTHER
How do I care for my mousepad or Swedish dishcloth?
Mousepads: Spot clean or hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Lay flat to dry.
Swedish dishcloths: Wash in the dishwasher (top rack) or washing machine (gentle cycle) and air‑dry. Avoid fabric softeners or bleach.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time.
