SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total combined weight of the items in your order. This ensures accurate and fair pricing for every shipment.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days. We strive for an even faster turnaround—most orders ship the next business day after they are placed. During high‑volume seasons, fulfillment timelines may be extended.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once your order has left our hands (within 7 business days or less), it typically arrives within 3–5 business days for U.S. addresses via USPS Ground Advantage. During high‑volume seasons, delivery timelines may be extended.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order. For delayed packages, we recommend monitoring your tracking link for the most up-to-date information.
